The Matching Process

We begin the process by having you fill out a comprehensive inquiry form sharing your ideal care needs, your location, due date, budget and any specific requests you have! Our maternity concierges are ready to receive your requests and get to work finding you the perfect doulas right away. Our matching service is 100% free to families!

We will review your requests and begin matching within our network of pre-screened, professional doulas or specialists. We will send you the professional profiles of up to 3 available matches in your area that meet your criteria. You let us know who you’d like to interview and your preferred matches will reach out to you to introduce themselves.

Once you have found your perfect match, you let us know your top pick and we’ll handle the rest! We will assist with finalizing the hiring process and you’ll be on your way to receiving exceptional support during your pregnancy, birth or postpartum!

Each and every doula, newborn care specialist, or birth worker in our network has been personally vetted by owners Lauren and Chelsea. We speak to prior clients and check references, verify their training and continuing education, perform a national and state-wide background check, conduct a face to face interview and require each member to hold liability insurance and CPR & First Aid certification.
